• Your appointments are valuable to us. They are reserved especially just for you.
• We respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellation or reschedule.
• All services are guaranteed. Any unsatisfied services will be corrected free of charge on the same day.
• No refunds will be given on any services.
• You will be fully responsible for your personal belongings during your visit.
• If you are bringing children with you, we kindly request that you take care of them.
• We ask that you keep your phone calls to a minimum so others can enjoy their relaxation.
• If you lose your gift certificate, we are not responsible for it nor give you credit.
• We do not take expired gift certificates.
